1978 Mercedes 240D - Diesel. - Currently registered through Dec 2010

        Engine runs strong -- will do 90mph on the freeway.  
                Newer 1980 engine ( newer style glow plugs heat up faster )
        4-speed manual transmission.  Manual windows.  A/C - all parts there but leak in system somewhere.
        Vacuum pump needs to be replaced (put in 4th gear and let clutch out to stop engine ).
        New ball joints and tie-rods just installed on front-end
        4 brand new tires
        oil leak on crankcase breather tube (engine does not burn oil)
        one small dent on passenger side rear quarter panel (see picture #6 )

This car always starts and has been rock-solid reliable.  I just had $1400 of front-end work done on the car (ball joints wore out).  
        
I just got a company supplied car and don't need this one any more.  If I did not need the money, I would not sell this car.  But, alas....I need the money.
